Tiktaalik Group ("we") respects the personal data entrusted to us and handles it in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
This website collects personal data only when you choose to contact us through the enquiry form: your name, email address, organisation (if given) and the content of your note. We do not use advertising or tracking technologies, and this website sets no cookies of its own.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how this website is used (pages viewed, referring site, browser, operating system, country and page-load performance). It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not identify or track individual visitors; Cloudflare states that it discards IP addresses at the edge and does not store them.
Why we collect it
We use these details solely to read and respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to continue the conversation you started. We do not use them for marketing and we do not send unsolicited messages.
Consent
By ticking the consent box and submitting the form, you consent to the collection and use described here. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to our Data Protection Officer; we will then stop using your details and delete them unless we are required by law to keep them.
Service providers and transfers
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Form submissions are passed to our Google Workspace account, which delivers them to our mailbox; our email is also hosted by Google. To keep the form free of automated abuse we use Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical signals from your browser (such as IP address and browser characteristics) when the form is opened. Cloudflare and Google may process data outside Singapore; where they do, we rely on contractual safeguards that provide a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA. Submissions are not stored in a database on this website.
Retention
We keep enquiry emails only as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and in any case delete unanswered or concluded enquiries within twelve months.
Protection
We take reasonable security arrangements to protect your personal data, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) and restricted access to our mailboxes.
Access and correction
You may ask what personal data we hold about you, how it has been used, or ask us to correct it. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible and within the timeframes set by the PDPA.
